Philp Galanis a former member of parliament , is the former Managing Partner of Ernst & Young , Nassau , Bahamas. He served as the President of the Bahamas Institute of Chartered Accountants from 1988 to 1992 & as President of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of the Caribbean from 1995 to 1997.
