(RBDF): In a show of support, Commodore Raymond King along with other officers and enlisted of the Royal Bahamas Defence Force attended the funeral service for the late Sgt. Cyril Moss at Zion Baptist Church on November 8, 2024.
The large representation from the Defence Force, gathered to extend their condolences and sympathies to the sergeant’s wife and their colleague, Force Chief Petty Officer Joy Moss.
Sgt. Cyril Moss was a decorated police officer who served in various capacities, including in the RBPF SWAT Unit, the Special Investigations Branch, the Internal Security Division, among others. He is survived by his wife, two daughters, and a loving stepson.
On behalf of the Officers, Warrant Officers, and Marines of the Royal Bahamas Defence Force, Commander Defence Force Commodore Raymond King expressed heartfelt condolences to Sgt. Moss’s family, honoring the memory of a man who dedicated his life to serving God, his family, and his country.
