Warrant Officers, Senior Rates and Junior Rates of the Royal Bahamas Defence Force were afforded the opportunity to meet with members of Central State University, who recently paid a visit to HMBS Coral Harbour Base. During the visit, representatives of the university presented various online courses available for personnel interested in pursuing a tertiary education in either a Certificate, Undergraduate or Graduate program. Following their presentation with members of the Royal Bahamas Defence Force, representatives from Central State University met with Captain Coral Harbour, Captain Glen McPhee and Executive Staff members to discuss the current partnership agreement with the Government of The Bahamas, which will provide partial and full scholarships to students from both the public and private sectors. While maintaining the Commander Defence Force’s intent of building an organization focused on performance excellence. The Royal Bahamas Defence is dedicated to the continual advancement of its personnel by providing adequate training opportunities through its partnerships with local and international institutions.
