The Royal Bahamas Defence Force (RBDF) Morale Welfare and Recreation Unit participated in this year’s Disability Empowerment Month Job Skills Seminar, making a presentation. The seminar was attended by one officer and three senior marines, highlighting the RBDF’s dedication to community engagement and support.
Led by Morale Welfare and Recreation Officer Lieutenant Commander Bullard, the RBDF team included Force Chief Petty Officer Adams, Petty Officer Hart, and Chief Petty Officer Oscar Finlayson, who served as the guest speaker representing the RBDF.
Chief Petty Officer Oscar Finlayson delivered an inspiring presentation titled “Life and Career at the Royal Bahamas Defence Force.” He shared valuable insights from his military service, offering life advice and support to empower the seminar attendees. The session concluded with a heartfelt prayer from Petty Officer Hart, providing a moment of reflection and unity.
