Defence Headquarters, 19 June 23 (RBDF): This Father’s Day the Royal Bahamas Defence Force opened the HMBS Flamingo Monument Park to the families and loved ones, allowing them the opportunity to lay wreaths in memory of father’s and father figures who have died in service.

Commander Defence Force, Commodore Raymond King who visited the park with his wife and grandchildren to lay wreaths, was greatly appreciative for the participation in the event.

May we never forget the Officers and Marines that provided commendable service to this great organization and the families that showed their full support.
