Commanding Officer (CO) Lieutenant James Cox and his crew are making final preparations to go on a border patrol around Nassau and Paradise Island. They will be a part of a blockade that will be implemented along with the New Emergency Orders set forth by the government of The Bahamas.
Throughout this patrol, the CO and crew of HMBS KAMALAMEE will be tasked with restricting naval travel throughout the various waterways, entering and leaving New Providence.
The officers and marines attached to HMBS KAMALAMEE are on high alert and remain poised, dedicated and devoted to serve The Commonwealth of The Bahamas.
With a zealous look in their eyes and fair winds behind them, they hold fast to the Royal Bahamas Defence Force motto, ‘GUARD OR HERITAGE’.
