As part of their corporate responsibility, representatives of JP Morgan, Mrs. Tamica Dorsett, and Ms. Tanya Knowles made a charitable donation to the Royal Bahamas Defence Force’s Veteran’s Affairs Office headed by Commander Judy McDonald at the Defence Headquarters on John F. Kennedy Drive.Captain Shawn Adderley was present to receive the donation that consisted of various food items. The RBDF’s Veterans Affairs Office was established with a mandate to assist RBDF Veterans where possible with food drives, givebacks, job search, scholarships for themselves as well as family, and medical assistance. These initiatives are made possible via donations from corporate partners.Force Chief Petty Officer Paul Miller (retired), a member of the RBDF Veterans Association was onboard and expressed his gratitude on behalf of the association and its members. JP Morgan representative, Tamica Dorsette expressed her gratitude for the work that the Royal Bahamas Defence Force has done and continues to do and shared a desire to make annual contributions.The RBDF remains committed to Guarding Our Heritage.
