There are no dull knives here. Train the trainer as we call it, is a sharpening of and in some cases, an introduction to key fundamental skills. Members of the Royal Bahamas Defence Force Training Department are currently preparing their minds, bodies, subjects as well as the training facilities in preparation for New Entry Training commencement.

These critical sessions can last up to 14 days and helps participants learn to develop and conduct effective training primarily by becoming active participants in the learning process. These sessions are important as new members are drafted to training staff roster.

Some of the critical areas covered are; analyzing training regiments, developing learning objective, outlining the training content and developing lesson plans just to name a few.
