In keeping with the Commander Defence Force, Commodore Dr. Raymond King’s strategic objective of strengthening community relationships, the crew of Her Majesty’s Bahamian Ship (HMBS) Lignum Vitae partnered with the Kiwanis Club to give back to a pre-school.The crew of HMBS Lignum Vitae, in conjunction with the Kiwanis Club of Over the Hill, came together to donate special gifts to the students of Coconut Grove Pre School on Thursday November 25, 2021. A delicious Thanksgiving meal was also served to the students and parents. Both students and parents were appreciative of this gesture by the RBDF. The Royal Bahamas Defence Force remains committed to ‘Guarding Our Heritage’ through nation- building and community service.
