The second Chief Petty Officer Leadership and Management Course for 2025 commenced its closing activities with a church service at Living Waters Kingdom Ministries on Sunday, 9 February 2025. This service provided spiritual reflection and encouragement for participants ahead of their official graduation on Monday, 10 February 2025.

Royal Bahamas Defence Force Chaplain, Chief Apostle Raymond Wells, delivered an inspiring message on “The Power of Vision,” emphasizing the importance of leadership, purpose, and clarity in guiding the next generation of senior enlisted personnel.

Under the leadership of Commander Defence Force, Commodore Raymond E. King, the Royal Bahamas Defence Force is committed to sustaining its relevance, capabilities, and capacity. Through initiatives like the Chief Petty Officer Leadership and Management Course, the organization strategically positions itself to meet evolving demands, ensuring a capable and dynamic workforce ready to support national defense goals.
