Marines attached to the Royal Bahamas Defence Force’s Administration Department were recognized for their commitment and invaluable services over the past year, on Friday February 7, 2020.
Receiving awards were: Leading Hands Osbourne Stuart, Darrin Young, Monique Deveaux , Claudine Percentie-Carey, Sandra King, Tamissa Finlayson, Able Hands Davin Johnson, Marcus Haven, Ryan Ferguson and Antoine Cash, and Marine Seamen Blair Farrington, Christin Reckley, Maquelle Mortimer and Raynold Cash.
The men and women were presented with trophies and certificates by Lieutenant Commander Floyd Moxey, the RBDF’s Base Executive Officer during a brief ceremony at the Defence Force Base. Senior Lieutenant Byron Brown, the force’s 1st Lieutenant congratulated the awardees on receiving their small token of appreciation, and expressed his gratitude for their services.
