The Chief Petty Officer Leadership & Supervisory Management Course 02/25 conducted an informative tour of the Nassau Cruise Port, Downtown Nassau. This initiative was coordinated by Operations Officer, Retired Force Chief Petty Officer Edwin Fountain, along with course instructor, Chief Petty Officer Denise Oliver.
The Nassau Cruise Port Event Coordinator, Mrs. Amanda Freedman, served as the tour guide, assisted by Nassau Cruise Port Security Operations Officer, Retired Force Chief Petty Officer Dexter Greene. The tour provided participants with an in-depth overview of the port’s daily operations, highlighting key aspects such as the volume of tourists arriving via cruise ships, the layout of store vendors, maintenance scheduling, and security measures implemented by Harbour Patrol personnel.
At the conclusion of the tour, Mrs. Freedman provided an update on upcoming developments at the Nassau Cruise Port, including future entertainment events, special projects, and plans for a themed water park.
