In keeping with the Commander Defence Force, Commodore Dr. Raymond King’s strategic intent of deepening the Security Cooperation Relations with the United States of America, a military delegation paid a courtesy call on Commodore Dr. Raymond King at the Defence Headquarters, John F. Kennedy Drive, on Tuesday, November 9, 2021. Captain Greg Gellman, the Senior Defence Attaché from the Office of Defence Cooperation at the United States Embassy in The Bahamas was in attendance. He was accompanied by Lieutenant Colonel Greg Johnson, US Defence and Marine Corps Attaché at the United States Embassy in the Dominican Republic, and Lieutenant Commander Jeff Garvey, US Coast Guard Attaché, at the United States Embassy in the Dominican Republic. Matters of mutual interest between the two partner nations as well as pleasantries were exchanged. The Royal Bahamas Defence Force values its international partners and will continue to do its part in safeguarding the territorial integrity of the Commonwealth of The Bahamas.
