It is anticipated that this seminar will impact the lives of those in attendance to be change agents in their environments by setting higher standards of excellence in their workplaces, homes, and wider communities. The intention of Commander Defence Force is to develop a workforce focused on performance excellence, built on the commitment that provides members with the opportunity for personal development. This is one of many initiatives by the Welfare Office to ensure that the holistic wellbeing of service members is being addressed to enable them to carry out their missions effectively.
