Coral Harbour Base, 22 NOV. ‘19 (RBDF): Captain Raymond King, Acting Commander Defence and Lieutenant Commander Floyd Moxey, Assistant Base Executive Officer were participants in the Conference of Defense Ministers of The Americas Ad Hoc Working Group on the “Evolving Role of the Armed Forces in Defense and Security Issues.”
The meeting was held at the J. Perry Center for Hemispheric Defense Studies, National Defense University, Washington D.C. November 21 – 22, 2019. Participants from 27 countries in the Americas attended and discussed issues that affect defense and security institutions in the Americas.
The discussions are intended to contribute to the preparation for the conference of Defense Ministers of the Americas that will take place in November 2020.
