Commander Defence Force, Commodore Floyd Moxey paid his respects at the viewing and book signing for the Late Senior Lieutenant Elwood Simms at the Cedar Crest Funeral Home on 14 May 2025.
Accompanying him was his Aide-de-camp, Lieutenant Darius Adams & Command Warrant Officer Pedro Rolle.
A full military service will be held on Thursday, 15 May 2025, at Anglican Church of the Epiphany (Prince Charles Drive) at 11:00 a.m. Interment will follow at the St. Matthew’s Church Cemetery (Shirley & Church Street).
Commodore Floyd Moxey extends sincerest condolences to the Simms family on behalf of himself, his Executive Team, Officers, Warrant Officers, Senior Rates, Junior Rates, and Veterans of The Royal Bahamas Defence Force.
