The Minister of National Security, the Hon. Wayne Munroe, KC, MP, extends heartfelt congratulations and best wishes to Captain Frederick Brown on the occasion of his retirement from the Royal Bahamas Defence Force (RBDF) after 40 years of distinguished service to the Commonwealth of The Bahamas.

Captain Brown enlisted in the Royal Bahamas Defence Force on June 24, 1985, embarking on a career marked by professionalism, dedication, and unwavering commitment to national service. Throughout his tenure, he served with honour and dignity, contributing significantly to the Defence Force’s mission of protecting the sovereignty, security, and maritime interests of The Bahamas.

The Minister commended Captain Brown for his exemplary leadership and loyal service, noting that his decades-long contributioves has helped shape the RBDF and inspire generations of officers and marines who continue to follow in his footsteps. He also expressed sincere appreciation on behalf of the Ministry of National Security and the Government of The Bahamas, for Captain Brown’s sacrifices and dedication to duty, and wishes him continued success, good health, and fulfillment in his retirement.
