Dr. Raymond Wells, Chaplain of the Royal Bahamas Defence Force (RBDF), personally presented his new book, ‘Born for Impact: Leading on Another Level’, to Commander Defence Force, Commodore Raymond E. King, at Defence Headquarters, John F. Kennedy Drive. This gesture highlights the RBDF’s ongoing commitment to leadership development and personal empowerment.

‘Born for Impact’ by Dr. Wells explores the innate potential within individuals to create meaningful change through leadership. Drawing from motivational insights, practical strategies, and real-life examples, Dr. Wells takes readers on a journey of self-discovery and empowerment. His book provides actionable lessons for aspiring leaders, such as the importance of self-assessment, aligning actions with core values, and fostering growth within teams.

Dr. Wells dedicated the book to his late father, Bishop Dean Wells Sr., a profound influence in his life and leadership journey, who passed away in 2008. The book serves as a call to action for leaders everywhere to recognize their potential and make a lasting impact.

Under the leadership of Commander Defence Force, Commodore Raymond E. King, the RBDF is dedicated to the transformation of Defence Force personnel’s quality and capabilities, fostering an inclusive working environment that empowers its personnel. The RBDF remains dedicated to the pursuit of excellence in guarding our heritage. We are committed to upholding the highest standards as we protect and preserve the rich legacy that defines our nation.
