The seminar covered critical aspects of mentorship, including:
– What is mentorship?
– The importance of mentorship
– How to choose a mentor & how to be a good mentor
– The role of the mentor and mentee
– Maximizing benefits from mentorship programs
The collaborative effort between the RBDF and Bethany SDA Church underscored the importance of fostering strong mentor-mentee relationships in building resilient communities.
