The Department of Immigration hosted its inaugural Supervisory Training Workshop at Immigration Headquarters, Hawkins Hill, under the theme: “Leadership: Breaking Barriers and Empowering Change”.

The workshop, designed to enhance leadership and strategic decision-making among supervisory personnel, featured a keynote presentation by Commander Dr. Origin Deleveaux, Base Executive Officer and President of The Bahamas Military and Maritime Academy. His insightful session on “Strategic Thinking and Vision Setting” focused on.
