RBDF PERSONNEL ATTEND PROFESSIONAL SEMINAR

Members of the Royal Bahamas Defence Force attended the “Professionalism in the Workplace” seminar, hosted by The Bahamas Institute of Business and Technology (BIBT) on September 18, 2024.

Among those present were Force Chief Petty Officer Duane Gibson and Acting Force Chief Petty Officer Antoine Adams, who both shared valuable insights on workplace professionalism.

The seminar covered key topics such as attributes of professionalism, workplace responsibilities, organizational skills, effective communication, punctuality, professional appearance, integrity, workplace bullying, and productive work habits.

This event aimed to equip attendees with the skills and knowledge needed to foster professionalism across various industries. Participants left with practical tools to enhance their professional conduct and positively impact their workplaces.
