Defence Headquarters, 17 May 23 (RBDF): In keeping with the Commander of the Royal Bahamas Defence vision of developing a professional Senior Enlisted corps. Force Chief Petty Officer Vaughn Ferguson, the Command Senior Enlisted Leader was recently hosted by U.S. Coast Guard 7th District Command Master Chief Aaron Zimmer in Miami.
Discussions during the visit focused on building a Senior Enlisted Corps, Senior Enlisted development and mentorship of the workforce. During Force Chief Petty Officer Ferguson visit he participated in the USCG Master Chief Association Spring 2023 Call to Indoctrination.
