Defence Headquarters, 19 JUNE. ‘23 (RBDF): In keeping up with the Commander Defence Force Commodore King strategic plans in intent of strengthening community relations, members of the Royal Bahamas Defence Force Fleet Maintenance Department, led by Lieutenant Commander Gordon Roberts partnered with Cartwright’s Bedding to donate Twin Semi- Orthopedic mattresses to the All Saints Camp under the theme “Give Back” on 15 June 2023.

After touring the facility, the RBDF team identified needed repairs to restore building structures and declared it a future project that they will undertake to ensure the living conditions are more secure for the residents.

The All Saints Camp founded in 1986, is one of the oldest non-profit organizations in the country and currently accommodates seventy-two (72) residents, 40 Adults and 32 Children. The facility Administrators Ms. Diana Ingraham and Ms. Kashala Forbes, expressed their appreciation for the support shown by the members of RBDF and their continued efforts to assist the camp over the years.

As a responsible corporate citizen, the Royal Bahamas Defence Force maintains its presence within the community through continued projects that support community development and stability.
