Member of the Royal Bahamas Defence Force Veteran’s Association paid a courtesy call on Captain Coral Harbour, Captain Glenn McPhee to receive as well as inspect an office space. The space will serve as a central location for the business of the association.The non-profit organization’s Executive Team consists of retired Chief Petty Officer Harold Bosfield, – President, Chief Petty Officer Warren Armbrister – Vice President, Petty Officer Prenell Henfield – Secretary, and Chief Petty Officer Andrew Johnson – Treasurer. Some of the RBDFVA’s objectives include, fostering comradeship among former members of the Defence Force and providing relief for them, from conditions of need, hardship or distress, as well as assisting the RBDF, and other charitable organizations and the wider community. “It is the Commander Defence Force’s intent to deepen the organization’s relationship with its Veterans and Retirees through the Veterans Affairs Office to improve their quality of life via the RBDF Veterans Association.” The RBDFVA became an official Entity in November 2019, continue to carry out our objectives.
