The charitable endeavor involved a generous donation of food and clothing items by the dedicated crew of HMBS Bahamas. Additionally, the ship’s company actively participated in hands-on assistance at the Great Commission Ministries, a daily ministry that tirelessly works to provide sustenance to the less fortunate and shelter for the homeless.
Great Commission Ministries, an invaluable pillar of support for the vulnerable in the community, and often appeals for continued assistance to sustain their impactful work. Founded in November 1987 by Bishop Walter Hanchell, Great Commission Ministries has been a beacon of hope, offering aid to those in need for over three decades.
