MARINES OF THE QUARTER
Defence Headquarters, 01 JUN. ‘23 (RBDF): In keeping with the Commander Defence Force Commodore Raymond King’s strategic objective of talent management with focus on recognizing, rewarding, and retention of high performing members, the Royal Bahamas Defence Force Military Police and Force Protection Unit presented awards for their Marine of the Quarter at HMBS Coral Harbour on May 31, 2023.
Leading Seaman Renardo McKenzie (Government House), Able Seaman Reynaldo Ferguson (K-9 Unit), Able Seaman Kyle Bain (Government House), Woman Marine Shanovia Neely (Detention Centre), and Marine Seaman Darrien Brown (Government House) were awarded for their continued hard work and dedication in their sections.
Captain Coral Harbour, Captain Glenn E. McPhee, presented the marines with their awards and congratulated them on their momentous achievement. He also noted that with hard work and sacrifice anything is possible.
The Royal Bahamas Defence Force remains committed to awarding performance excellence throughout the entire force and building on the organization’s foundation to maintain a well-rounded and highly proficient force.
