It is with great honor and pride that we in the Royal Bahamas Defence Force extend our sincerest thanks and appreciation for the sacrifices made by our courageous Bahamian War veterans who championed the cause of freedom by volunteering to serve their nation during World War I and II. Today, we have been blessed to enjoy the rewards of peace and freedom. The officers, warrant officers, non-commissioned officers and marines salute you as we commit ourselves to continuing this noble tradition of guarding our heritage.
