As a part of Commander Defence Force, Commodore, Dr. Raymond King’s strategic plans to strengthen community relations with stakeholders and the larger community members of the Defence Force Exchange and Community Relations made a donation to the Open Pantry Kids 4 Jesus Camp by contributing snacks to help feed the children during their time at the camp on July 1, 2022, at the Ministry of National Security John F. Kennedy Drive.The Open Pantry organization is a legal non-profit organization registered with the Bahamas Government. This Organization has been in operation since October 2020. The Kids 4 Jesus Camp program is intended to be centered around bringing transformation to a generation and positively impacting their lives in the areas where they are affected socially, spiritually, physically, and mentally and bring about positive change.Senior Lieutenant Thora Gradiner happily accepted the request by the Open Pantry Organization.Commander Defence Force developed a systematic strategy which he implemented throughout the Royal Bahamas Defence Force in regards to Community Service and Outreach. The Royal Bahamas Defence Force is committed to its mandate to Guard our Heritage. As a part of its corporate responsibility, the Royal Bahamas Defence Force is dedicated to developing the future leaders of our country, as a part of its mandate to – Guard Our Heritage.
