The Royal Bahamas Defence Force (RBDF) recently held a memorial service for their former comrade, the late Force Chief Petty Officer (FCPO) Dwayne Bethel Wednesday, April 27, 2022 at Coral Harbour Base. Members of New Entry 24 in collaboration with the Warrant Officers & Senior Rates Mess organized the service and invited the family of FCPO Bethel to reflect on the memories they shared and to express their love respect for him, not only as a marine, but as an individual.The service was attended by Commander Defence Force, Commodore Dr. Raymond King, members of the Executive Command Team, Officers and Marines particularly from Entry 24, the RBDF Canons Softball Team, Mr. Brian Adderley, Chairman of the Valley Boyz Junkanoo Group, wife, Mrs. Tina Bethel, and family – all of whom loved him and he belonged.Commodore Raymond King and the Officers and Marines of the Royal Bahamas Defence Force extend condolences to the family of FCPO Bethel for his years of dedication to duty, and country.(RBDF Photos by Able Seaman Michael E.
