The Royal Bahamas Defence Force (RBDF) Marine of the Year Awards Committee visited Oak Tree Medical Center and received a donation on Friday, 16th September, 2022.The donation of eight-thousand dollars ($8,000) was made towards this year’s RBDF Marine of the Year Awards Ceremony. Even in the face of the pandemic, Oak Tree Medical Center has maintained its support and partnership with the RBDF and its mandate. In attendance from the Defence Force to receive the donation was Lieutenant Commander Samantha Hart, Force Chief Petty Officer Paulette Higgs and Chief Petty Officer Anoush Gould.Therefore, on behalf of Commodore Raymond King, Officers, Warrant Officers, Senior Rates and Marines, this year’s committee would like to express its sincere gratitude to Dr. Don Deveaux, for his generous donation and continued commitment to the Royal Bahamas Defence Force.
