Dear Dr. King,
The Royal Bahamas Defense Force under your leadership has consistently demonstrated unwavering support for the well being and advancement for the community of persons with disabilities and for this, we are forever thankful for your kindness and donations.
The last few planned initiatives were geared towards hosting a Retreat Weekend for the community; April 8-10 in Eleuthera and I am pleased to report that this project was a great success, thanks to your assistance. More than twenty (20) individuals were apart of the group and had a wonderful experience integrating with persons with disabilities on the island, visiting historical sights and participating in planned activities. A detailed news letter will be shared with you shortly, meanwhile a few photos of the happy recipients of your organizations generosity are attached.
Moving ahead, as we plan future projects encouraging sustainability, accessibility and inclusiveness for persons with disabilities, we trust that your business will remain committed to supporting and advocating with us as we demonstrate “Disability pride; Nationwide!”
