Coral Harbour Base, 4 July 16 (RBDF): United States Air Force General Lori J. Robinson, paid a courtesy call on Commander Defence Force (Acting), Captain Tellis Bethel at the office of the Minister of National Security on 1 July 2016.

During her brief visit, General Robinson and Acting Commodore Bethel shared matters of mutual interests, and both parties exchanged pleasantries after their meeting. The four-star General was also in attendance at local festivities in celebration of the American Independence holiday over the past weekend.

General Robinson joined the Air Force in 1982 and has served in numerous billets, which included Instructor and Commander of the Command and Control Operations Division at the Air Force Fighter Weapons School and Chief of Tactics in the 965th Airborne Warning and Control Squadron. During her illustrious career, she has been assigned to various areas of the Air Force throughout the United States. She currently serves as Commander, North American Aerospace Defense Command (NORAD) and US Northern Command (USNORTHCOM).
