Members of the Royal Bahamas Defence Force Crisis Risk & Management Unit and Commando Squadron Department met with students of the Mt. Carmel Preparatory Academy during their Annual Career Day on Friday, 20 October, 2023.
During the presentation led by FCPO Kevin Seymour, students were exposed to the history and missions of the RBDF. They were also given a slight insight into various equipment used in the day-to-day operations of the organization. This experience left the students with the needed information to direct their future career paths.
In alignment with “The Pursuit of Excellence in Guarding Our Heritage,” the RBDF, under the leadership of Commander Defence Force, Commodore Raymond E. King, remains steadfast in fostering the development of our nation through youth. The Royal Bahamas Defence Force would like to extend its gratitude to Mr. Kirby Samuel, Principal of Mt. Caramel Preparatory for the opportunity to be a part of their annual Career Day and to interact with future nation builders.
