In an effort to promote community health and engagement, Commander Defence Force, Commodore Raymond King and a contingent of Royal Bahamas Defence Force (RBDF) Marines participated in a spirited Fun Run/Walk from the Church of God of Prophecy, East Street and Lily of the Valley Corner this past weekend.
At the event, participants from the community were able to come together in friendly competition to celebrate fitness and foster positive relationships among each other. The success of the Fun Run Walk underscores the impact collaborative events can have on community relations.
