Major General, The Right Honorable John Lancaster accompanied by General Sir Patrick Sanders, Chief of General Staff, UK Army paid a courtesy visit to Commander Defence Force, Commodore Raymond King and his Executive Command Team at Defence Headquarters, John F. Kennedy Drive on Monday December 04, 2023.
During this meeting, matters of mutual interest were discussed, focusing on fostering further collaboration between the United Kingdom and the Royal Bahamas Defence Force (RBDF). The topics covered included professional development, training initiatives, operational strategic plans, and military security partnerships.
To mark the occasion and symbolize their commitment to strengthening the bilateral relationship, both leaders engaged in an exchange of gifts.
Dedicated to strengthening collaboration not only between the RBDF and the UK but also with regional partners, Commodore Raymond King highlighted the significance of coordinated efforts and proactive information sharing.
