The RBDF Morale, Welfare, and Recreational Unit led by Lieutenant Commander Elvis Bullard hosted a Men’s Mental Health Forum for Officers and Marines with featured representatives from E-MAN-U-WELL Medical Clinic in the Training Auditorium onboard HMBS Coral Harbour on February 06, 2024.
Dr. Norad Morgan, an expert in the field of mental health, led the seminar, by bringing a wealth of knowledge and experience to the discussion emphasizing the importance of addressing mental health concerns within the male demographic and expressed his commitment to their wellness and well-being.
While there, Dr. Morgan discussed crucial topics such as Depression, Stress, Anxiety, Physical Health, Sexual Health and STIs just to name a few, all of which were aimed at fostering awareness, education, and open dialogue surrounding men’s mental health. Proving his commitment to men’s wellness, seminar attendees were offered free onsite screening by representatives from the medical clinic.
