On September 5th, 2022 The Bahamas Partnership Forum organized by the United Nations and the Bahamas Development Bank hosted a Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) Forum at the Breezes Resort Hotel at 9 am. The aim of the initiative was not only to strengthen the relationship but also the engagement between all stakeholders and sectors.During the course of the ceremony, Prime Minister The Rt. Hon. Philip Davis gave his keynote address and his call to action. Also in attendance was The Minister of National Security The Hon. Wayne Munroe Q.C, Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of National Security Mrs. Cheryl Darville, and the Commander Defence Force, Commodore Raymond E. King. The Royal Bahamas Defence Force remains resolute in being a part of transformative conversations and partnerships that will continue to not only advance the nation at large, but the overall preservation and functionality of the force itself.
